How long have you worked with Compass Homes? Why do you enjoy working with them?

The partnership between Liminal Collective and Compass Homes is relatively new, as we’ve been working together since of Fall 2018. We value the partnership and enjoy working with Compass because they really believe in their craft and it shows in every home that they build.

What are three words you would use to describe your style?

Modern, Organic, Eclectic

What are the top trends in home styling right now?

I see a lot of matte black in bathrooms and kitchens, along with floral wallpaper and board & batten on walls. And of course, everyone’s favorite, PLANTS!

What sets Liminal Collective apart in the industry?

When staging homes, we focus on the “buyer experience.” This allows us to create the most value for the seller, while staying true to our aesthetic. We believe it’s the small styling details that make a house feel like a home, and potential buyers respond to the extra attention and love we leave behind.

What advice would you share with someone styling their own home?

Style your home with what makes you feel good. Purchase thoughtfully and slowly—a home doesn’t happen overnight.

What is something that most people don’t know about you?

I used to be a cosmetologist.

What is a trend in home styling that you think is coming?

I think we are going to see a lot more of the 80’s inspired interiors mixed with Art Deco vibes. Terrazzo floors, waterfall lines, muted, and vibrant colors.
