Compass Homes Sponsors an Upper Arlington High School Student and Her 4-H Projects

Upper Arlington High School Student and Goat

Compass Homes President and Owner, Mark Braunsdorf, received a well-crafted written request to support 10th Grade Upper Arlington High School student, Eva Smith, on her endeavor to take a market goat and creative baking project to the Franklin County Fair with her 4-H Club. From there, Eva met with Mark and Director of Marketing, Pamela Saloom, via zoom with her goat named Jimmy Buffet.

Eva was so impressive in her demeanor, and virtual presentation, that the team at Compass Homes elected to sponsor Eva on her journey as a third year 4-H’er with long-term life goals of business ownership. Eva enjoys marketing, anything involving hair and cosmetology – and we are thrilled to support her in this process. Eva purchased the goat three months ago for $300 and keeps it at a farm where her sister rides horses.

We wish Eva well on her at the fair and will be following her into the future. She is very impressive, and the future is bright for her!
