Compass Homes, your Columbus home builder, is getting excited for Verona! The 2016 BIA Parade of Homes is slated for July 16-31. Romanelli & Hughes is the host land developer for Verona, creating 112 lots for single-family homes and sites for 54 patio homes on the former Shamrock Golf Club Course in Powell, Ohio. Powell is one of the hottest markets & we’re thrilled to be building here for the Parade of Homes. There will be 16 houses for you to walk through, making this one of the largest Parades in years.

We will be partnering with The Candle Lab once again to create custom scents throughout our Parade Home. The Candle Lab is a Columbus-based fragrance brand specializing in natural gourmet soy candles and custom fragrances. While you’re taking everything in visually throughout the home, you’ll also experience custom fragrances to compliment the room you are in; it is truly a unique experience.
