About our 2011 Parade of Homes home

In typical Compass Homes form, we were the first builder to sell our 2011 Parade of Homes house. And it was sold before we even made our lot selection! So the buyer knew they were making the right decision before ground was even broken.

The awards won for our home were:

• Gold Merit Award – Special Feature – Children’s Play Room

The things that made it truly unique for this buyer was the main-floor playroom that gave their kids their own space, out of the main living area but still close to the action.
